Fines Processing

Fines Processing or cleaning of fines is complex due to moisture and material composition.

Input:
Material mixed C&D or C&I fines
Grain Size -50mm/-60mm

Plant and Machinery can consist of:
-Stretch Deck screen single or Double deck
-Winsifters either single or double lane
-Magnets
-Stock Pile Conveyors

Output materials are generally:
0-12mm clean inert
12-30 & 30-60mm Heavy aggregate rich material
12-30 & 30-60mm Light residual material
